I am writing to thank you for the splendid way you looked after me during my recent illness.
From the start you made my wife and I feel comfortable and inspired us with confidence and able to cope during this traumatic period. I am grateful to you for the amount of time you devoted to my case particularly as you were so very busy during my time on the ward.
I am pleased to say that I now feel well on the road to recovery and that I am feeling stronger every day.
Thank you once again for everything you have done for me; I can now look forward in confidence to a healthier and longer active life.
